You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. We do not ask you to explain why.
What is not covered
Our products do not include features that must connect to the original developer’s servers or APIs (for example cloud AI tools, online template libraries or developer-hosted services). We state this on the About page and on product pages. A refund request based only on such a feature not connecting to the original developer is not eligible.
If a product does not install or work
If a plugin or theme cannot be installed, or its other features do not work, contact us first. We will help you fix it. If we cannot, you are eligible for a refund within the 7-day period.
How to request a refund
- Email hi@hiwp.pro with your order number and the email used for the order.
- We confirm your request and refund the original payment method as soon as possible. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show it.
- After a refund, your access to the product and its updates ends.
