# Refund Policy

## 7-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. We do not ask you 
to explain why.

## What is not covered

Our products do not include features that must connect to the original developer’s
servers or APIs (for example cloud AI tools, online template libraries or developer-
hosted services). We state this on the About page and on product pages. A refund
request based only on such a feature not connecting to the original developer is
not eligible.

## If a product does not install or work

If a plugin or theme cannot be installed, or its other features do not work, contact
us first. We will help you fix it. If we cannot, you are eligible for a refund within
the 7-day period.

## How to request a refund

 * Email [hi@hiwp.pro](https://hiwp.pro/refund-policy/hi@hiwp.pro) with your order
   number and the email used for the order.
 * We confirm your request and refund the original payment method as soon as possible.
   Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show it.
 * After a refund, your access to the product and its updates ends.
